You should state from where, or from whom, you bought your units. This would typically be the name of the supplier(s), or the platform you bought them via.

Statutory Biodiversity Gain Register Allocation Reference

You should list the Reference Numbers of the gain sites your units have been allocated from. Your supplier(s) should provide you with this information.

How did the unit provider legally secure their units?

For each gain site you have purchased units from, you should state whether the site was secured by a S106 or a Conservation Covenant. Your supplier(s) should provide you with this information.
