How do I get an early refill?

If you need your next medication shipment sooner than scheduled, you can request an early refill directly through the Belle Patient Portal. Keep in mind this is an automatic renewal process and is programmed to refill for you. This feature can be turned off manually in your patient portal at any time.

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Log in to the Belle Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com

  2. Select your active treatment plan

  3. Click "Plan"

  4. Click "Need more medication?" and choose "Order" to queue your next refill

Good to know: Your refills ship automatically based on your plan type (roughly every 25-30 days for monthly plans, or about 90 days for quarterly plans). If you need a shipment earlier than your next scheduled date - for example, before traveling - use the steps above. Early refills are subject to pharmacy processing policies.
