How do I delay my next shipment?

Traveling or need a break? Learn how to push back your next Belle shipment date through the Patient Portal.

You can push back your next medication shipment to a later date through the Belle Patient Portal. This only works while your order status is still pending - once it's been sent to the pharmacy, the shipment can no longer be delayed through the portal.

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Log in to the Belle Patient Portal at portal.joinbelle.com

  2. Click on your treatment plan (e.g., "Compounded GLP-1/GIP")

  3. Click "Next Shipment", then select "Delay"

  4. Choose your preferred delivery date

Important: If your order has already been submitted to the pharmacy, you won't be able to delay it in the portal. In that case, contact our support team using the Messenger button in the bottom right of the portal, or go to Chat > Support inside your account.
