Dose changes don't affect price: If your treatment plan includes dose adjustments (for example, increasing from 2.5 mg to 5 mg), the monthly cost stays the same under flat-rate pricing.

Payment: Your credit card is not charged at the time of purchase — a hold is placed. If your prescription is approved, the card is charged. If not approved, the hold is released. Financing through Affirm and Klarna is available at checkout for new orders. On refills, you'll be prompted to reapply with your BNPL provider via a "Required action — Complete payment" banner at the top of your portal 2–3 days before your next charge.
