How does Belle's telehealth service work?

Understand how Belle works from signup to treatment including online evaluation, doctor review, pharmacy compounding, and home delivery.

Belle is a telehealth service for GLP-1 weight loss treatment. You complete a short online assessment, a licensed provider reviews it, and if approved, your medication ships directly to your door from an FDA-registered pharmacy. Ongoing clinical support is free and you can message the care team anytime.

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Complete your online assessment at apply.joinbelle.com. You'll share your health history, goals, and current medications. You'll also select your preferred GLP-1 medication and plan length.

  2. Provider review and approval. The medical team reviews your assessment within 1-2 business days. If it's clinically appropriate, your prescription is approved --- no live consultation required (though you can request one). If you're not approved, you'll receive your money back.

  3. Pharmacy fulfillment and shipping. Your medication is prepared by an FDA-registered 503B compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your address with tracking.

  4. Free ongoing support. Message the medical team anytime about dose changes, side effects, or lifestyle questions --- at no extra cost. Every patient also gets complimentary access to a Registered Dietitian.

Sharing your current prescription or other documentation: If you want to continue at your current dose, it's important to upload photos of your current prescription, recent labs, or any other supporting documentation during intake. If anything is missing, the medical team will reach out through the Message Doctor section of Chat in your patient portal. Without that documentation, your provider may not be able to continue you on your previous dose and may need to start you at the standard beginning dose.

Transparent pricing: Flat-rate pricing regardless of dosage. No membership fees, no monthly contracts, no hidden costs. This is an auto-renewal plan unless manually turned off in your patient portal.
