You can update your personal details, shipping address, and payment method directly in the Belle Patient Portal. Log in, click the person icon in the top right, and go to Manage Account.
STEP-BY-STEP: UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS OR PAYMENT METHOD
Log in at portal.joinbelle.com
Click the person icon in the top right corner, then select "Manage Account"
To update your address or payment: click "Billing & Shipping", edit the details, and save
To update your email or phone: click "Edit Information" under Profile, make your changes, and save
Important: If you have an order currently processing, message the support team immediately so they can ensure it ships to the correct address.
You can also update: Health records (including weight) and basic personal details.
Why keeping info updated matters: Accurate information ensures your medication arrives on time, prevents billing issues, and keeps your provider's contact details current.
