How your order is routed
Belle routes your order based on your medication, any B-vitamin allergy or sensitivity you reported at intake, and the state you live in. All routing happens automatically — you don't need to select a pharmacy.
Standard compounded tirzepatide (with B6) — fulfilled by Belle's pharmacy network, available in all 50 states
Standard compounded semaglutide (with B12) — fulfilled by Belle's pharmacy network, available in all 50 states

503B outsourcing facilities follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and USP 797 standards for sterile medication production.
503A compounding pharmacies follow USP 795 and USP 800 standards for safe dispensing and shipment.
Medications are compounded under highly controlled conditions to minimize contamination risks. Key measures include in-house batch testing in chemistry and microbiology labs, raw-ingredient testing upon arrival, and production in isolated ISO Grade A enclosures designed to minimize human contact and contamination risks.
