Understanding Your Tirzepatide Shipment

What to expect in your tirzepatide shipment. Vial sizes, configurations, and what each pharmacy partner ships.

πŸ“£ Update (April 22, 2026): BPI stopped compounding tirzepatide. New orders ship from Belle's pharmacy network with your dose and formulation unchanged, see Will the BPI pharmacy change affect my tirzepatide at Belle?

Receiving multiple vials is normal, your order is filled with whatever combination covers your total prescribed amount.

Which version you're on:

  • Standard tirzepatide + B6 - most patients. See "Standard Tirzepatide + B6 Compound" below.

  • Additive-free (Pure) or glycine-based tirzepatide - patients who reported a B vitamin allergy or sensitivity at intake. See "Tirzepatide for B-Vitamin Allergy Patients" below, or Can I get compounded GLP-1 without B vitamins or other additives?

Standard Tirzepatide + B6 Compound

Available vial sizes (BPI-era stock): 10 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 60 mg (total tirzepatide content per vial)

Understanding Your Vial Label

Standard tirzepatide is compounded with vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl). The vial label shows both ingredients, this is normal and does not mean you received the wrong medication.

Your label will show two lines:

  • Tirzepatide (orange on BPI-era labels): Shows total tirzepatide and concentration (e.g., 60 mg/3 mL at 20 mg/mL)

  • Vitamin B6 (blue on BPI-era labels): Shows total B6 and concentration (e.g., 30 mg/3 mL at 10 mg/mL)

For dosing, use only the tirzepatide line. The concentration (mg/mL) determines how many units you draw. The B6 is included for added support and does not affect your dose calculation.

Note: As of April 22, 2026, standard tirzepatide is fulfilled by a new Belle pharmacy partner once BPI supply runs out. Label layout may differ slightly from the BPI-era label described above, but the tirzepatide concentration (mg/mL) and your dose in milligrams remain the same.

If your concentration changes between shipments (10 mg/mL to 20 mg/mL or vice versa), your dose in milligrams stays the same, but the number of units you draw will change. Always check your updated dosing instructions.

The solution will appear clear to slightly yellow. This is normal for the B6 formulation.

⚠️ About the BPI-era supply tables below

The supply tables below reflect BPI-era fulfillment, which allowed multi-month vial sizes because of BPI's 9-12 month beyond-use date (BUD). Belle has BPI supply on hand for approximately 2.5 months from April 22, 2026.

Once that supply runs out, new tirzepatide orders will ship from Belle's broader pharmacy network, which uses a 90-day BUD. Because of the shorter BUD:

  • 3-month plans will ship as one shipment as they do today

  • 6-month plans will ship as two 3-month shipments instead of one large shipment

  • Your total supply, dose, and cost do not change β€” only the shipment cadence
