If they downloaded Debbie from the App Store or Google Play without the link, we cannot track or credit the referral.
❌ The referred person already had a Debbie account
Referral bonuses apply only to brand-new users.
❌ The referred person did not complete the required steps
To count, they must:
Finish Unit 1 in Pathways
Open & link their matched partner checking account
❌ The matched partner bank denies or blocks the account
If the referral bank can’t approve the account, the referral cannot be paid.
❌ Fraud, duplicate accounts, or mismatched identity
Debbie may withhold rewards if a user:
Creates multiple accounts
Submits inaccurate personal information
Attempts to refer themselves
Shows patterns that violate the Terms of Service
❌ Referrer has reached the referral cap
