πŸ“£ Campaign Setup Guide

Write and publish your first campaign and start getting influencer applications. πŸ™Œ

Updated over a week ago

Setting up your first campaign on Joli is quick and flexible. You can launch as many live campaigns as you'd like, or save drafts to edit later or use as templates. Here’s how to get started:

πŸš€ Launching a New Campaign

  1. Head to the Campaigns page.

  2. Click the + New Campaign button in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in your campaign details:

πŸ” Content Focus & Audience

  • Choose your content focus – this helps Joli match your campaign to the right creators.

  • Set any dietary accommodations or age restrictions (e.g., 25+ for alcohol-related campaigns).

  • Enable Invite Only if you want to share the campaign privately via link, instead of showing it to all creators.

πŸ“² Instagram & TikTok Offers

Tailor your offer based on creator tiers and social platforms:

  • Add tiered offers to appeal to both nano and macro influencers.

  • Be specific – e.g., β€œComplimentary 2-course meal + 1 drink”.

  • Add the social handles you'd like creators to tag.

  • Set content deliverables (e.g., 2 stories + 1 reel is a solid default).

πŸ’‘ Even if you’re not on TikTok, we recommend adding a TikTok offer to boost reach - it's a powerful discovery platform.

⏰ Availability Options

Choose from 4 flexible availability types:

  • Ongoing – Creators apply and book based on your listed opening hours (perfect for everyday bookings).

  • Redeem Anytime – Great for QSRs or drop-in offers. Once activated, creators have 24 hours to redeem.

  • Scheduled – Define fixed time slots (e.g., Saturday Brunch at 11am or 1pm).

  • Event – For one-off happenings like launches or festivals, with set start times.

πŸ“… You can also:

  • Set campaign start & end dates (we suggest at least a 2-week run).

  • Make your campaign visible before the start date to allow early applications.

  • Choose days available and set minimum notice (3 days is recommended for ops planning).

  • Add booking limits per location – Joli will automatically block additional bookings when full.

βœ… Approval Settings

Choose the level of control you want over applications:

  • Manual Approval – Review and approve every application yourself (best for brand control).

    • Hint: Auto-approve top creators is pre-enabled for efficiency. Turn this off if you'd rather manually approve top creator applications.

  • Smart Approval – Set criteria like follower count, engagement rate, or audience location.

    • Great for balancing speed + quality.

  • Approve All – Ideal for high-volume, buzzy campaigns or one-off events where variety is welcome.

πŸ”Ž Once set, click Preview (bottom-left of screen) to see a simplified preview of what creators will view.

More options:

  • Use the three dots (bottom-right) to Duplicate, Move to Drafts, or Complete/Close the campaign.

  • When you’re ready, click Save & Exit to go live πŸŽ‰

πŸ’‘ Top Tips

  • Campaign Name: Keep it short, fun, and recognisable.

  • Campaign Description Template:

    1. 1–2 lines about your brand or location

    2. A short summary of the offer (what the creator gets)

    3. Optional: 1 line about what you'd love in return
