To easily track your orders and services an invoice will be generated on your Billing Page for every purchase you make on Joomag. An invoice is issued prior to the payment. Once the payment is done, you'll have the order receipt as documentation of the service and the amount that has been paid.
You can download the invoice/order receipt on the Billing page. Here's how to do that.
Go to the Account Settings from the left sidebar.
Proceed to the Billing section.
Scroll down to see your invoices and order receipts.
Go to your Pending Payments and click the Download link. The invoice will download automatically.
Go to your Paid purchases and click the Download link. The order receipt will download automatically.
