Subscribe forms are filled in by readers when subscribing to a publication. You can customize those forms and embed them on any website.

Note: This option is available starting from Grow plan.

Use the following guideline to learn how to customize the subscribe form:

1. On the My Publications page open the collection for which you want to set up a subscribe form.

2. In the Actions menu, select Subscription.

3. Select the Free subscription option and scroll down

4. Select the Enabled checkbox for all the fields you want your readers to fill when subscribing to your collection. Select the Required boxes if you want those fields to be mandatory for filling in. Click Save.

5. After customizing the Subscribe form, you can use the generated code and embed it into your website.
