In some cases, we need to access your account to do several checks and provide better customer support.

By providing the access PIN to our Customer Support Representative you grant your permission to temporarily access your account.

To find the access PIN to your account follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Newsstand and login to your account.

2. From the top right dropdown menu go to the Account settings.

3. Scroll down and you'll find the access pin in the bottom left corner of the page.

Copy and pass the access pin to the Customer Service Representative and that's it!
