Who can tasks be delegated to?

Tasks can be self-assigned or allocated to one or multiple individuals. As soon as a task is assigned, it appears immediately in the assignee's task list. Any tasks you assign will also show up in the admin dashboard report, and they contribute to the overall task count.

What are Public (Workspace) level tasks versus Group level tasks?

Public tasks are accessible by users associated with that specific task under the workspace task menu. In contrast, Group tasks are exclusive to members of a particular group; members can view their tasks by navigating to their group and accessing the group tasks section.

What is a Task Label?

Jugl task offers an option for you to create and associate labels with single or multiple tasks. Labels can serve various purposes, such as denoting a project name or indicating task status like Stage 1 or Stage 2. They can also be used to group tasks for a more organized view on the web. Each label can be coupled with a specific color for easy visual identification. Note that these labels will be visible within each task box for quick reference.

What is Task Priority?

Jugl task includes three levels of priority: low, medium, and high. These levels assist users in prioritizing their tasks. Additionally, they aid Jugl AI in assigning tasks to users, a feature that will be introduced soon. Please note, this is not a customizable field, and only these three priority levels are available.

What is an Audio Task?

Jugl provides the flexibility for users to create tasks using either text or audio messages. Please be aware that while Jugl does not currently offer audio translation, this feature is set to be introduced soon.

What is a Jugl Task Template and How Do I Use It?

Many businesses have tasks that recur regularly. For such tasks, there's no need to create a new one each time you assign it to a team member. With Jugl, you can create a template for such recurring tasks and use it to assign tasks to users efficiently. Note that templates can also be created from existing tasks for added convenience.

Why Can't I See My Colleague's Tasks While They Can See Mine?

In Jugl, tasks are visible to you only if a user tags you in them. Otherwise, only admins can view all user tasks. If you can't see a task, it indicates that other users have not added you to it. Kindly request them to add you to the tasks for visibility.

Can Users Log the Hours Spent on Each Task?

Absolutely, Jugl allows users to record the time they spend on each task. Soon, this feature will extend to each task checklist as well. Administrators can view these logged hours on the report dashboard. This functionality assists in calculating the hours spent on each project or client and tracking the daily working hours of each employee, contributing to their career growth.

How Can I Add an Update to a Task?

In Jugl Task, you have the option to add your updates in the comment section. You can also tag associated users in your comments to garner their attention. All these comments will be stored within the task, and your task activities will be logged accordingly."

Where Can I View Task Alerts in Jugl?

In the Task section, you will find a Bell icon. Clicking on this icon will reveal all task alerts, with unread alerts being indicated by a red dot. You will receive task alerts on both the mobile and web app. After receiving an alert, you can view the details under the Tasks Alert option.
