These allow you to land back in Juro to carry out the following actions:
Add tags
Add internal comments
Use AI to review the document
Send the document for signature
What happens when multiple users are reviewing the contract at once?
Since the Word contract can be accessed in Juro and in Word for any users reviewing the contract, the contract will 'lock' for the current user making edits or redlines, to avoid multiple versions being created.
If someone is already editing the document in Juro or Word when you review the contract in Word, the below message will appear. You should avoid making edits to the contract at this time:
Once the other user has finished their edits, you will see a new message. prompting you to sync the document with the latest version of the contract.
If a contract has already been sent for signing, you will see this message. No more action is needed from your side!
