Introduction πŸ‘‹

Ashby is one of Juro's partner integrations, created and managed by the Ashby team.

The instructions for configuring this integration are housed within the Ashby Help Center.

This article provides an overview of the resources available for Ashby customers looking to integrate with Juro.

πŸ’‘ NOTE: The Ashby integration is available to all Juro customers on a Growth or Enterprise plan. Please reach out to support@juro.com or your Juro point of contact with any questions about the integrations. Commercial limitations may also exist on the Ashby side.

Connecting the integration πŸ”—

To connect the integration, a Juro Org Admin must generate an API key for the workspace they are looking to connect. To do this:

1. In the AUTOMATIONS section, open the Integrations tab and click the API panel.

2. Next, click Generate API key.

3. An API key will now show. Click Activate, and this will go live.

Mapping templates πŸ—ΊοΈ

This integration connects Ashby fields to questions set up on the internal form of the Juro templates in your connected workspace. To connect an Ashby field to one in Juro, the latter must be added to the internal form.

Externally editable fields (fields on your templates' external forms) cannot be pre-populated by the integration at this time.
