Adding a conditional approver đď¸
To make an approver conditional (i.e. triggered when the assigned rule is activated):
2. Under the WHEN heading, select the smartfield (e.g. 'Jurisdiction'), the trigger action (e.g. 'equals'), and the trigger information (e.g. 'UK'). |

đ To remove all rules applied to an approver in the Approvers section, click on the approver's name and select Unlink all rules from the dropdown menu.
You can control whether inactive conditional approvers appear in a contract's approver list via the Approver settings in the template.
Find it under Document Members â Approvers â Settings â Hide inactive approvers
A new document created from a template inherits the template's setting value
