πŸ’‘ NOTE: Only Admin and Editor users can edit and delete rules that carry over into a contract from a template.

Adding a conditional approver πŸ‘οΈ

To make an approver conditional (i.e. triggered when the assigned rule is activated):

1. Click on the relevant approver and select Add rules.

2. Under the WHEN heading, select the smartfield (e.g. 'Jurisdiction'), the trigger action (e.g. 'equals'), and the trigger information (e.g. 'UK').

πŸ™… To remove all rules applied to an approver in the Approvers section, click on the approver's name and select Unlink all rules from the dropdown menu.
