The HOA board is responsible for making decisions in the best interest of the community as a whole.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adopting and managing the budget

  • Overseeing maintenance and capital projects

  • Enforcing governing documents

  • Making policy decisions

  • Planning for long-term financial stability

Board members have a fiduciary duty to act reasonably, in good faith, and in the best interest of all owners.

K&K Property Management provides guidance, recommendations, and operational support, but the board retains decision-making authority.
