Kaido operate a full challenge support between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. To contact a member of the Kaido team, navigate to the 'Help and Support' area of the Kaido application and select the 'Chat to Support' button.

You will be connected with friendly Kaido team member who will work with you to resolve your issue.

We aim to get back to all queries within 24 hours and resolve them within 48 hours. This could be longer during busy periods such as the challenge launch week.
