How frequently does my Google Fit data sync with Kaido?

If your steps count or activities in Kaido do not match what you see in your Google Fit app on your phone, this normally means that your phone hasn't yet synced to Google's servers. 

This syncing occurs a few times a day and normally only when your phone is connected to wifi. 

You can manually force a sync of your Google Fit data in the settings of your android device.

To force a manual sync, please follow the steps below:

Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Accounts > <account name> > Sync Account > Sync Google Fit Data (just tap it off and on again, or sync everything). 

Once you have completed this process, re-open your Kaido app and force a sync for the relevant day. 

 If your data is missing, don't worry! It will appear - but you might need to wait until tomorrow morning to complete this day.
