If your steps count or activities in Kaido do not match what you see in your Fitbit app on your phone, this normally means that either your Fitbit app hasn't yet synced to Fitbit's servers, or your Fitbit wearable has not yet synced with its associated app.

Fitbit server syncing occurs a few times a day and normally only when your phone is connected to wifi.

Wearable device syncing occurs when your Fitbit app is open and when your phone is connected to wifi and bluetooth.

To manually sync your Fitbit device, with your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and find the picture of your device on the Fitbit app dashboard. Touch the picture of your Fitbit device at the top of the screen and pull down (on Windows 10 devices, find the picture at the bottom and pull up).

Once you have completed this process, re-open your Kaido app and press sync for the relevant day.

If your data is missing, don't worry! It will appear - but you might need to wait until tomorrow morning to complete this day.
