You can connect your favourite health and fitness apps and wearables to Kaido in order to automatically share your daily physical activity data with the Challenge.

We recommend that you connect your smartphone health tracking application (Apple Health or Google Fit) with Kaido as the primary connection. This is to prevent duplicate data been shared with Kaido from your smartphone and any existing health and fitness apps you have on your mobile device.

You can however connect your Fitbit directly to Kaido should you wish. To learn how, click here

You will be asked to connect your health tracking application to Kaido during onboarding. You can manage your connected devices anytime from the settings area of the app. You are in full control of your data and how it is shared with Kaido, and can disconnect your devices at any time.

For more details of how to connect your Apple Health to Kaido click here.

For more details of how to connect your Google Fit to Kaido click here

Please note that Kaido does not support a direct connection with Samsung Health. To learn why and access a work around, click here
