Congratulations on completing the Kaido Wellbeing Challenge and taking that positive first step towards a happier and healthier you. 

The goal of the Kaido Challenge is to help you to develop self awareness around your health and wellbeing and introduce you to one or two health related topics or ideas that you find interesting and empowered to explore further after the challenge has finished. 

We encourage you to look back over your challenge journey by reading your reflections and thinking about the health and wellbeing related changes you have made. 

A Kaido Challenge is not about making radical lifestyle changes, but small manageable changes to your existing routine. It helps you to break down your existing bad habits and build new ones in a controlled and sustainable way. 

Have you managed to create any new healthy habits?

Hopefully the challenge has also demonstrated the importance of social support when you are looking to make positive change. It is amazing what a conversation with a friend or a gentle nudge of encouragement from a colleague can do for our motivation.
