Create a patient and start recording! Directly record appointments with clients or dictate notes. ScribbleVet supports handling appointments concurrently and multiple recordings for each appointment.
When finished, tap “Scribble”. You’ll receive your notes in the app, via email, and on our website within minutes.
Notes typically complete in a couple minutes. Longer audio recordings or busier parts of the day may result in longer scribbling times, but it should never take more than 5 minutes to return a note.
Important Reminders
We require the client's verbal or written consent to be recorded, whether in an appointment or on a phone call. We can provide a template consent form you can use as a starting point, or you can get verbal consent on the recording. We suggest saying something like "Do I have your consent to record this conversation so that I can send it to a service that helps with my clinical documentation?"
