Add Custom Terms

Learn how to add custom medical terms to improve transcription accuracy and ensure consistent spelling in ScribbleVet.

Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of ScribbleVet to open the Settings page, then select Users.
Navigate to Custom Terms.
Click "Configure Custom Terms."
Add your term (e.g., Dr. Kat, Bravecto, etc.) and an optional description.

ScribbleVet will automatically recognize the correct spelling the next time these terms are mentioned in your recordings.
