Overview

Baseline content upload serves as your source of truth for tracking changes to your Amazon listings. When Content Protection is enabled, the system compares current listing content against your baseline to flag any unauthorized modifications to Titles, Bullets, Descriptions, and Parent ASINs.

Step-by-Step Guide

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure Content Protection is enabled for your desired items. Learn how to enable Content Protection

Upload Process

  1. Navigate to Content -> Content Protection -> Bulk Upload

  2. Download the Baseline Content Upload Template

  3. Fill in the template with your content:

    • ASIN

    • Title

    • Bullets

    • Description

    • Parent ASIN

Important: Not all columns need to be completed; for instance, you can submit only Titles without Parent ASINs. However, when updating bullets, you must submit all of them together, even if only one is being updated, as they are processed as a set.

  4. Upload your completed template

  5. View your baseline content by clicking the magnifying glass icon on any SKU

    • Note: While baseline content appears immediately, content flags will update the following day

  6. Regularly update your baseline content to maintain accurate content flagging

Pro Tip

If you notice differences between current content and your baseline for titles, bullets, or descriptions, use the 'Revert Change' button to send your baseline content to Amazon in a single click.
