Overview
When unauthorized changes occur on your Amazon listings (from third-party actors or AI, for example), the Revert Change feature allows you to quickly restore your content to your established baseline with a single click.
How It Works
When Content Protection flags changes to titles, bullets, or descriptions, you can revert to your baseline content through our simple interface.
Step-by-Step Guide
Prerequisites
Content Protection must be enabled for your items
If your Content Protection screen is empty, learn how to enable it here
Reverting Content
Navigate to Content Protection
Locate the flagged SKU and click the magnifying glass icon
In the popup window, find the "Revert Change" button next to flagged content (i.e., title, bullets, or description)
Click "Revert Change" to send your baseline content to Amazon. For instance, selecting "Revert Change" under Description will send your baseline description for processing by Amazon. (Want to upload baseline content as your source of truth? Learn how to do so here)
Tracking Changes
All content revisions made through Kapoq are automatically logged in the Content Edit section for your reference and record-keeping.
Best Practice
Verify your product detail pages to confirm that the content changes have been implemented, as an Amazon success message does not guarantee your contribution is displaying.
Regularly monitor Kapoq's Content Protection dashboard to catch and address unauthorized changes promptly, maintaining listing integrity and brand consistency.
