How to Connect Criteo to Kapoq

This guide walks you through connecting your Criteo account to Kapoq. There are two different paths depending on which Criteo channel you're connecting.

Before You Begin, There Are Two Different Paths

Path 1 — Connecting Target via Criteo or Roundel

Path 2 — Connecting any other Criteo Channel

Path 1 — Connecting Target to Kapoq

You'll need your account name exactly as it appears in Target or Roundel Media Studio (RMS). If you're unsure which name to use, provide your Legal Business Name instead. You'll also need access to the email address associated with your Criteo and RMS account so you can complete the authorization step once approved.

Setup Steps

Step 1 — Send your account name to your Customer Success Manager

Provide your account name — exactly as it appears in Roundel Media Studio — to your Kapoq Customer Success Manager via email or direct message. If you're not sure which name to use, send your Legal Business Name. This is a required part of Target's verification process.

Step 2 — Kapoq submits your details to Target's RMS team

Your CSM will submit the required details to Target's Roundel Media Studio team for approval. No action is needed from you during this step — you'll be notified once the review is complete.

Step 3 — Receive your authorization link

Once Target approves the request, your CSM will send you an authorization link. This link allows you to grant Kapoq access to both your Criteo and Target data.

Step 4 — Authorize access

Click the authorization link and follow the prompts to grant Kapoq the necessary permissions. Once complete, your Criteo / Target Roundel data will begin syncing to Kapoq. Data typically begins populating within 24 hours.

Path 2 — Connecting Other Criteo Channels

Simply create a new account in Kapoq, selecting Criteo in the Marketplace dropdown.

Then hit Authenticate Now or Create Auth Link to complete the connection — that's it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my account name in Roundel Media Studio?

Log in to Roundel Media Studio and look for your account or company name in the top navigation or account settings area. The name must match exactly — including capitalization and spacing — for Target's verification to succeed.

How long does Target's approval process take?

Most approvals are completed within a few business days. Your Customer Success Manager will follow up as soon as the authorization link is ready.

What if I don't know my Legal Business Name?

Your Legal Business Name is the official name your company uses for contracts and tax filings. Check with your finance or operations team if you're unsure. Providing the correct name is essential for Target to verify your account.

Can I connect multiple Criteo / Roundel accounts?

Yes. Repeat the process for each account — send each account name to your CSM and authorize each one separately once approved.
