What is Budget?
Budget is an area that allows you to create custom-made departments, project teams, brunches, workspaces, or groups, and to start dividing your Primary account budget between them. Consider that you can create as many Budgets as you need. We suggest starting with the most significant ones, as you can always break them down into more specific groups by adding Budget members and cards.
What information does a Budgets page provide?
In the main section of the page, you can find a table with four columns providing a complete list of your Budgets and essential information on them.
What actions can I perform on a Budgets page?
On the Budgets page, you can do the following:
Click the Create Budget button to create a new Budget.
Click the Budget you need from the list to get to the specific Budget page.
What can I see on each Budget page?
At the top of the page, you can see the Budget name, limit (the amount of money allocated for the Budget).
Also on the page, you can see the Budget Details button, which reveals the Budget details, including the Description and Source account.
In the main section of the page, you can find three tabs with tables providing information on cards, transactions, and members connected to the Budget.
What actions can I perform on each Budget page?
On each Budget page, you can do the following:
Click the Manage - Add Members button to manage Budget members so you can add the existing teammates or change the teammates' roles within the Budget.
Click the + New virtual card button in the Cards tab to create a new card within the Budget.
Click the card you need in the Cards tab and then the Edit Limit button to change the card's limit.
Click the card you need in the Cards tab to lock or close the card.
