What’s Covered?
Depending on the product, Keller offers different warranty periods:
Chair tops- 1 year
Hydraulic Pumps – 2 years from original purchase date
All-Purpose Reclining Chair Mechanisms – 1 year
Shampoo Bowl Chair - Fixtures & Parts – 90 days
Upholstery – Guaranteed free from defects upon receipt.
Electronics (dryers, steamers, processors, towel cabinets, facial machines, etc.) – 1 year
After the first year, customers must cover shipping costs for repairs.
What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.
❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
❌ Plumbing issues (installations must be completed by a licensed plumber, with an invoice submitted within 30 days of activation).
❌ Indirect damages such as labor costs or loss of profits.
❌ Warranty transfers—the warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, here's what to do:
Have your order number ready (it starts with KS — you can find it in your order confirmation email).
Take a few photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps our team assess the situation and get you a resolution faster.
Confirm your shipping address, in case we need to send a replacement or part.

Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps, typically within 1–2 business days.
