What Is Keller’s Warranty Coverage?

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here’s what our warranty covers:

What’s Covered?

Depending on the product, Keller offers different warranty periods:

Chair tops- 1 year

Hydraulic Pumps2 years from original purchase date

All-Purpose Reclining Chair Mechanisms1 year

Shampoo Bowl Chair - Fixtures & Parts90 days

Upholstery – Guaranteed free from defects upon receipt.

Electronics (dryers, steamers, processors, towel cabinets, facial machines, etc.) – 1 year

After the first year, customers must cover shipping costs for repairs.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.

❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

❌ Plumbing issues (installations must be completed by a licensed plumber, with an invoice submitted within 30 days of activation).

❌ Indirect damages such as labor costs or loss of profits.

❌ Warranty transfers—the warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, here's what to do:

  1. Have your order number ready (it starts with KS — you can find it in your order confirmation email).

  2. Take a few photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps our team assess the situation and get you a resolution faster.

  3. Confirm your shipping address, in case we need to send a replacement or part.

  4. Contact our support team via email at info@kellerinternational.com. Include the details above and a brief description of what's happening.

Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps, typically within 1–2 business days.
