The enrollment confirmation is an official document confirming your course registration. It can be issued immediately after enrollment and payment are complete and is suitable, for example, for submission to the immigration office (Ausländerbehörde) or other authorities.

The certificate of participation confirms that you have fully completed the course. It can only be issued after the course is finished — regardless of how much of the course you have completed so far.
