Trustees Executors Limited* is the first line regulator for the Kernel Funds. That means, by law, they have responsibility to oversee our activities in the interests of all investors and to ensure we meet our obligations.

Should Kernel ever encounter financial trouble or something goes wrong, the Supervisor is required by New Zealand law to step in to ensure investors’ investments are kept safe and the funds and/or scheme are wound up and money returned to investors.

We don't plan on that happening, but you can rest easy knowing your best interests are covered.

*Trustees Executors Limited were appointed as our Supervisor on 23 March 2020.
