It can take up to one business day to transfer money between your Smart Saver account and your Kernel wallet.
Transfers are processed at 2.30pm each business day in both directions:
wallet to Smart Saver
Smart Saver to wallet
If you transfer before 2.30pm
If, for example, you transfer money from your Kernel wallet to your Smart Saver account at 1pm on Monday, this transfer will be completed by 3pm the same day.
If you transfer after 2.30pm
If, for example, you transfer money from your Kernel wallet to your Smart Saver account at 6pm on Monday, this transfer will be processed at 2.30pm the following business day. Meaning, the transfer would then be completed by 3pm the following business day.
Note: All withdrawals from the Kernel wallet to your nominated bank account are processed each business day at 4pm. Therefore, if you login between 3pm and 4pm, you should be able to complete a withdrawal for the same day. We are working on functionality to expand this soon.
