MFA enhances an organization's security by requiring users to identify themselves

by more than a username and password – in this case a 6-digit code.

If your KEY ESG account has MFA enabled, you will be required to perform these

additional steps when logging in.

Step 1

Note: If you already have an authenticator app installed, proceed to step 2

Download your preferred authenticator app from your app store. Two of the most

popular ones are Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator. If you are

unsure about which app to use, please speak to your internal IT department.

Step 2

Visit app.keyesg.com and enter your email and password. When you continue you

will be shown a QR code.

Open your authenticator app and click ‘Scan QR code’. Aim your phone’s camera at

the QR code and you will be given a 6-digit code.

Step 3

On the KEY ESG portal, enter your one-time code and click ‘Continue’ to login.
