One of the first things you will do when you get started on the KEY ESG platform is Choose the metrics you’d like to measure for this reporting year.
You can choose your frameworks from our user-friendly library of global reporting frameworks, including SFDR, CSRD and others. The frameworks in our library are pre-populated with the metrics and questions that are required to be disclosed under given regulation or reporting standard.
If you'd like to watch a video version of this overview, check out our tutorial:
By clicking the preview button, you can learn more about the metric including the GRI Standard and UN SDG the metric is associated with.
KEY ESG is constantly building out new frameworks as the ESG regulatory environment evolves. Our in-house ESG experts and developers incorporate updates to metrics and frameworks based on the newest guidance so that you don’t have to keep track!
If 1 metric is shared by 2 or more frameworks, you will only have to collect the data required for that metric, once.
When you select a reporting framework, the corresponding metrics that are associated with that report and required for disclosure will automatically get selected. You can also add additional metrics from other frameworks to your report, if there is a metric that you would like to measure and manage that is not necessarily required under the framework you are reporting under.
When you have built your framework and selected all your desired metrics, click “Save Metrics” at the bottom of your screen.
With that, you’ve successfully navigated the Framework Library and added metrics for this year.
