Our subscription cancellation policy varies based on the platform you're utilizing.

In this article, we show you how to view and cancel your subscription(s) and also breakdown our polices across the following platforms:


Kickstarter and Indiegogo (Flexible and Fixed Campaigns)

Cancellation Policy Overview: Our cancellation policy is tailored to your campaign's circumstances, ensuring clarity and fairness for all users. Here's a breakdown of the key points:

  1. Live Campaign:

    • If your campaign is live and you have 0 affiliates, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

    • However, if you have at least 1 affiliate, you will not be able to cancel your subscription while your campaign is live.

  2. End of Campaign and Successfully Funded:

    • If you have 0 referrals, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

    • If referrals have been generated, your subscription will be automatically canceled once affiliate fees are paid.

  3. End of Campaign, but Not Successfully Funded:

    • If your campaign was not successfully funded, all generated referrals and commissions (if any) become void and your subscription is automatically cancelled.

  4. Transition to Indiegogo InDemand:

    • An exception to automatic cancellation occurs if you move your referral program to Indiegogo InDemand before affiliate fees are paid.

    • Your existing subscription will carry over to your InDemand referral program.

Notes:

  • If your campaign is canceled during the funding period, all generated referrals and commissions (if any) will become void and your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

  • Indiegogo Flexible campaigns are considered successfully funded, even if the funding goal was not reached. See 'Successfully funded' for cancellation policy.


Indiegogo InDemand Campaigns

Cancellation Policy Overview: Our cancellation policy for Indiegogo InDemand referral programs is designed to balance your needs as a campaign owner with the interests of your affiliates. Here's a summary of the key points:

  1. Minimum Subscription Period:

    • Whether you're moving an existing program to InDemand or starting a new one, you are required to maintain a minimum 2-month subscription period.

    • This ensures that affiliates have sufficient time to promote the campaign and earn rewards for their referrals.

  2. Cancellation After 2 Months:

    • After the initial 2-month subscription period, you will have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.

    • Any pending referrals at the time of cancellation will be invoiced and charged accordingly.

  3. End of InDemand Campaign:

    • If your InDemand campaign ends while your referral program is active, we will detect this change and automatically cancel your subscription.

    • Any pending referrals at the time of cancellation will be invoiced and charged accordingly.


Shopify Stores

Cancellation Policy Overview: Our cancellation policy for Shopify referral programs is designed to provide flexibility. Here's a summary of the key points:

  1. Freedom to Cancel Anytime:

    • With Shopify programs, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription and end your referral program at any time.

    • This allows you to make changes to your marketing strategy or explore other avenues without being tied to a long-term commitment.

  2. Handling Pending Referrals:

    • If there are any pending referrals at the time of cancellation, they will be invoiced and charged accordingly.

    • This ensures that affiliates receive proper compensation for their referrals, even if the program is terminated.


How to Access your Subscriptions

To view and cancel your subscriptions, go to your 'Account' settings, and click on the 'Subscriptions' tab:

Note: If you're unable to cancel your subscription due to a violation of our policy, you will be prompted with a message alert advising of the reason.


Kickbooster's Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service and no refunds will be provided for any unused months.
