Are you a Crowdfunding Campaign?
If you're looking to cancel your subscription for your crowdfunding campaign, there are a few restrictions to be aware of in our policy:
1. Outstanding invoices
Your subscription cannot be cancelled if you have any outstanding invoices on your account. Once all invoices are paid, you will then have the ability to cancel your subscription.
In regards to your Affiliate fees invoice, we charge the credit card on file 21 days after we issue your invoice to allow time for you to receive your funds from Kickstarter or Indiegogo. You are able to clear your affiliate fees invoice anytime beforehand if you'd like to cancel your subscription immediately.
2. Your campaign is still live and Affiliates have registered to your referral program
As per our terms, your referral program/subscription cannot be cancelled until the end of your crowdfunding campaign if you have at least 1 Affiliate registered in your program.
Note: This is in our policy to protect the Affiliates and their efforts when they agreed to promote your campaign.
If you want to prevent any NEW Affiliates from signing up to promote your campaign, you do have the option to Prevent New Signups in your 'Activate' settings:
All existing Boosters will continue to generate a commission on successful referred pledges until your campaign is over.
3. Your campaign just ended on Kickstarter or Indiegogo and our platform hasn't updated yet.
Our platform updates the status of your campaign every few hours. If your campaign has ended, it can take a few hours for our platform to know that. Our system will update accordingly and you will be able to cancel your subscription if there is no pending affiliate fees to be invoiced.
If referrals have generated, Kickbooster will issue your affiliate fees invoice the following business day. Once your affiliate fees invoice is paid, you will then be able to cancel your subscription.
Are you an Indiegogo InDemand Campaign?
If you're looking to cancel your subscription for your Indiegogo InDemand campaign, there is a restriction to be aware of in our policy:
1. Your campaign is live on InDemand and you've agreed to a minimum 2 month subscription
When you transition your referral program to Indiegogo InDemand, you are prompted with the following notification:
By continuing to transition your referral program to Indiegogo InDemand, you have agreed to a minimum 2 month subscription
Note: This is in our policy to allow any new affiliates sufficient time to promote your campaign. If you end your Indiegogo InDemand campaign prior to the 2 month agreement, your Kickbooster subscription will automatically be cancelled.
Kickbooster's refund policy
All sales are final and payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service and no refund will be provided for any unused months.
It is the responsibility of the Campaign Admin to cancel their subscription accordingly. If you have forgotten to cancel your subscription, we are not responsible for refunding you for any prior charges.
