If you're having trouble claiming your store credit, one possible reason is that the merchant you earned the credit with doesn't have Kickbooster installed on their store. When this happens, Kickbooster cannot process the store credit on the merchant’s behalf.
What You Should Do
In this case, you’ll need to contact the merchant directly to discuss your unclaimed credit. Here are a few steps you can take:

Contact the merchant through their website or customer service, and explain that you're unable to claim your store credit.Provide Details
Be sure to include your referral details, the amount of credit you’re trying to claim, and any relevant transaction information to make the process smoother.Wait for a Response
The merchant will need to assist you directly with your store credit or provide an alternative way for you to redeem it.
Important Note
Kickbooster can only facilitate store credit for merchants who have the Kickbooster app installed and integrated with their store. If this integration is missing, store credit cannot be processed automatically through our platform.
