You can search across your entire workspace without switching views.
It brings together all key data, including Meetings, Deals, and Companies, in one place.
You can also start an AI-powered conversation directly from search results.
How to Open Global Search
You can access the Global Search at any time.
Option 1: Keyboard Shortcut
Press Command + K (Mac)
Press Ctrl + K (Windows)
Option 2: Search Bar
Click the Search bar at the top center of the platform header
How to Search for Information
Start typing any keyword into the search bar.
Examples:
Customer name (e.g., Fabian)
Meeting name (e.g., Product Demo)
Deal or company name
Kickscale instantly shows relevant results grouped by category:
Meetings
Deals
Companies
This grouping helps you quickly find what you need.
Keyboard Navigation
The Global Search is designed for speed.
You can navigate everything without using your mouse.
Use the following keys:
Arrow Keys (↑ ↓): Move through search results
Enter: Open the selected result
Tab: Start an AI Chat for the selected item
Esc: Close the search modal
This allows you to move from search to insight in seconds.
Using AI Chat from Search
You can instantly interact with your data using AI.
How it works:
Open Global Search
Navigate to a result using arrow keys
Press Tab
A chat window opens directly within the search modal.
Example questions:

“What risks are present in this opportunity?”
