Assignment of Meeting Hosts Within the Company
Host Check: After a meeting with internal colleagues, the system checks who was the host.
Attribution: If an internal colleague was the host, the meeting might be attributed to them. If not, it might be randomly assigned.
User Role Limitation: Users with a 'User' role will only see their own meetings, not those of others. This may result in not seeing a meeting if it was assigned to a colleague.
Ensure Proper Meeting Termination
Proper Exit: Ensure all participants properly end the meeting.
Issue: Incorrectly exiting may cause the bot to continue recording, delaying the analysis.
Limitations of Zoom Browser Meetings
Browser Limitation: Meetings conducted via Zoom's web browser are not recorded.
Reason: Zoom web browser does not support local recording, even if the bot is present.
Recording Permissions
Zoom Meetings: The host must actively allow the bot to record.
Google and Teams: Clicking 'Allow' in the pop-up is sufficient for the bot to record.
Workspace Connections
Multiple Workspaces: Ensure you are not connected to multiple calendars in different workspaces.
Issue: The meeting might have been stored in another workspace if you are connected to multiple calendars.
