You can access these settings by navigating to 'Settings' in the top right corner of the app toolbar (look for the gear icon) > User.

Record External:

Enable this to record meetings that include external email addresses, such as sales meetings (this can also include colleagues' emails). Typically, you are well set up if you have "Record External" enabled and all other settings disabled, because the bot then joins meetings where you might not be the host.

Record Internal:

This setting records meetings where the calendar invite includes only internal email addresses.

Caution: If you have internal meetings and someone has a different domain, even though they work internally, the bot will not join because that person is seen as external. Please ensure in internal meetings that everyone has the same domain, as this is a critical factor.

Record Only Host:

Enable this to record only meetings where you are the organizer (Host). As previously mentioned, it is usually sufficient to have "Record External" enabled. However, if you want to record only your meetings, you can enable this option as well. It's important to verify that you are indeed the host.

Record Non-Host:

This setting records meetings where you are not the organizer (Host). Please be diligent in checking the meetings that fall under this category.

Record Recurring:

Record meetings that occur on a regular schedule, such as weekly or monthly. Again, it is more than enough to enable "Record External" (and "Record Internal" optionally) as the bot will then attempt to join whenever everything is set up correctly.

Record Confirmed:

Record only meetings that are confirmed. This setting ensures that only officially acknowledged meetings are recorded.
