Common Transcript Errors
The two primary error categories in Kickscale transcripts are:
Wrong language selected for transcription
Incorrect number of speakers recognized
How to Fix Transcript Errors
Follow these steps to correct transcript errors:
Navigate to the affected meeting in the meeting detail view.
Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the header.
Select "Reanalyze Meeting" from the dropdown menu.
Check the box labeled "Change Transcription Language".
If the language is incorrect:
Select the correct language for transcription from the dropdown menu.
If speaker recognition is inaccurate:
Enter the correct number of speakers present in the meeting.
Click on "Reanalyze".
After a few minutes, the corrected transcript and updated analysis will be available in the platform.
