How to upload Recordings

This article describes how to manually upload meeting recordings for analysis

Introduction

This guide will walk you through the process of manually uploading meeting recordings to Kickscale for analysis. This feature is useful for analyzing meetings that weren't automatically recorded through our platform.

1. Open the Upload Dialog

  1. Navigate to the Meeting Overview page in Kickscale

  2. Look for the "Upload Meeting Recording" button in the top right corner of the header.

  3. Click the "Upload Meeting Recording" button to begin the process.

2. Entering Meeting Details

Fill in the following information about your meeting:

  • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the meeting.

  • Owner: Specify the person responsible for the meeting.

  • Date: Select the date when the meeting took place.

  • Number of Speakers: Indicate how many people participated in the meeting.

  • Meeting Type: Choose the appropriate type for your meeting

3. Uploading the File

  1. Click on the file selection area or the "Choose Recording" button.

  2. Navigate to the location of your meeting recording on your computer.

  3. Select the file you want to upload.

  4. Click the "Upload" button to start the upload process.

4. Waiting for Analysis

  • After the upload is complete, Kickscale will begin analyzing your meeting recording.

  • The analysis process typically takes about 5 minutes.

  • You can navigate away from the page and return later to view the results.
