If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so with one months' advance notice by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the chat bubble at the bottom of the screen. The customer support team will send you the cancellation request form to complete.
Any cancellation shall take effect 30 days from the day you contact us and you will be sent an email as confirmation.
You shall continue to have access as normal during the notice period. We advise that you save the learning journals for each child in your setting before your end date.
No refund shall be issued in respect of fees already paid for the subscription and you shall continue to be liable for any fees or charges payable in respect of the remaining notice period.
