There are 2 ways to find an observation;

From the Admin Dashboard, click on Early Years and select Dashboard.

Click on the name to expand the group select a child.

Scroll down to the list of observations, find and click the relevant observation.

From the Admin Dashboard, click on Early Years and select Observations

Check the Unauthorised tab, for observations that are saved only.

Check the Authorised tab, for authorised observations.

Create an observation via the Admin Dashboard.
