Find the existing Observation and click on it.
If it's Authorised, click Deauthorise in the top right corner.
Once you are in the observation, change the date/time as required.
Remember to Save & Authorise.
Note: Though you can backdate an observation, the Authorised by time and date will be when you actually authorised it, in this example 12th Jan at 16:56.
