Note: You must have an Archive Children group already, if not, please create one.

From the Admin Dashboard, expand Early Years and select Dashboard.

Click on the name to expand the group and select a child.

Once in the child's profile page, click Edit Child under the child's picture.

Find Group in the top left corner of the screen.

Click the dropdown box and select Archive Children.

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
