There are two ways a child's learning journal can be shared;

  1. For viewing purposes only,

  2. To add to the learning journal.

1 For viewing purposes only
Like the parent, you can invite the childcare practitioner from another setting to the Parent Portal, by setting them up as a Guardian; giving them access to the child's learning journal.

2 To add to the learning journal
If the childcare practitioner from another setting is already using Kinderly and is required to add to the child's learning journal, they can be set-up as Practitioner on your Kinderly. However, you must move the relevant child to their own group before giving that practitioner access, otherwise they will see all your children in the same group.

Note: Regardless of how you share the child's learning journal, you must have the parents consent to do so.
