I want to send an invoice to a parent who isn't verified

If you click Send to parents and see this message, it means your parent hasn't completed the Parent Portal set-up.

Although you can't send this invoice via Kinderly, you can still create and send a PDF using your email account.

When I select view PDF, nothing happens.
​How do I check the parent is fully set-up?
