If you or your parent has an Outlook account and is having trouble receiving Kinderly emails, please add the following address to your safe senders list;
Here's how, dependant on the type of Outlook you have.
If your Outlook looks like this;
- Click Options from the Tools menu
- Click Junk e-mail
- Select the Safe senders tab
- Click Add and enter the email address noreply@kinderly.co.uk
- Click OK and then Apply
If your Outlook looks like this;
- Click Spam Email Preferences from the Junk menu
- In Safe Senders, click the + at the bottom of the screen
- Type in the email address noreply@kinderly.co.uk and press enter on your keyboard
