My parents are not receiving the Daily Diary.

Here's a troubleshoot checklist to make sure the daily diary is sent to Parents.

From the Admin Dashboard, expand Early Years and select Dashboard.

Click on the name to expand the group and select the child.

At the top of the child's profile page, the Parent must have a green icon next to their name, confirming they have successfully set up the Parent Portal.

If it is red, it means the parent has not set up a password for the Parent Portal.
If it is orange, it means the parent has set up a password but not passed the security checks.

Note: It is also good practice to ask parents to add the following email to their contacts list, to avoid emails ending up in the junk/spam folders.
